Spark your Wellbeing

It’s World Mental Health Day and we want to invite you to join the Spark wellbeing movement by coming along to some events to help you practice mindfulness, and maintain positive changes that can make it easier for you to realise the potential of your business.

It’s well known that stress is the world-leading cause of disability. While the average Australian spends a third of their life at work, founders and startup employees work on average 50% more than that. Healthy people are almost three times more effective at work and that’s why here at Spark we believe that supporting the community is the most important thing if we want our ecosystem to grow resilient.

Don’t miss out on these opportunities to slow down and better your working environment, health and wellbeing. Spark Festival goes from 10 to 27 October.
